Delivery: 3–10 business days to Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, the UK, the USA, all other EU countries and Norway, 7–12 business days to Switzerland, up to 14 business days to all other countries. Tracking: As soon as the carrier in your country has taken over your parcel, you receive your tracking number by email.
Returns: For orders from countries outside the EU and the UK there is no statutory right of withdrawal. We may accept returns as a goodwill gesture, but there is no entitlement to this. Please contact us before sending anything back.
