Delivery area
We ship worldwide. You can see at checkout whether your country is included. If you have any questions, you can reach us at hello@clothesofculture.com.

Processing and delivery times
Your order is processed within 1 to 3 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) after payment is received. Orders placed by 12 noon are processed on the same working day. After that, the estimated delivery times are:
– Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, USA, all other EU countries and Norway: 3–10 working days
– Switzerland: 7–12 working days
– all other countries: up to 14 working days
Actual times depend on the shipping provider and the destination. Delivery times are estimates and not binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Tracking
As soon as the parcel service in your country has taken over your parcel, you will receive an email with your tracking number and can follow the delivery at any time.

Switzerland: CHF 4.90, free from CHF 100
United Kingdom: £4.90, free from £100
USA, Canada, Australia and others: $4.90, free from $100
All other countries: €4.90, free from €100

Customs and import duties
We cover customs and import duties. You will not pay any additional costs on delivery.

Delivery problems
If a parcel cannot be delivered or is returned to us, we will contact you to find a solution. If you notice a lost or damaged parcel, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of the expected delivery date, so that we can resolve the case with the shipping provider.
